I remember when you first posted about this, and you're doing just fine, so this should tell you that everything is okay. Mechanics practically live with oil on their hands, I've had oil on my hands, unless like Nick said you drank a whole glass of it, then you would get ill. The coffee, not a big deal either. It may not taste as good, may taste better, depending on how strong you like your coffee! No harm will come to you from any of this. Accept this, so you can move on. You are proof that the oil hasn't affected you, try to relax. Are you in therapy for the obcessive worrying, if not I think it would benefit you greatly. Tell yourself you are just fine and move on from this. Take care.
I would totally agree with "NickOne7". Although keeping a day old coffee grins in your pot and remaking a new one with fresh piled coffee grins doesn't seems to be tasty or appealing to me. Next time try to clean the coffee grins out and rinse it well. But over all your going to be ok. TRUST me. My dad is a machinate so I know all about that. Plus the worse thing is that it smells bad. But your still going to breath....Take a DEEP breath in and slowly blow it out.
Good Luck To You,

You are fine. even if there was a little bit of oil on the glass you would not be poisoned, Now if you drank a glass of oil then maybe yes. Just think of all the guys that work in auto shops and eat lunch with oil on there hands and they are fine ( I know a lot of guys that do it) That is not an issue and you need to drop the idea because it is not an issue and it will not poison you. Secondly the coffee thing - that is defiantly not going to make you sick or harm you in any way shape or form. Both things you have mentioned are not going to put you health at risk PERIOD!
