I have some questions, can someone help me?

Ok I know I post on here too much but I just want to know if there are others out there who feel the way I do. I don't like feeling like I'm the only one. I also know that I should be asking a doctor. I have an appointment at 4 for my ears. I also have an appointment for the anxiety I have which is on the 28and an eye appointment on the 31but I can go in anytime if my eyes start to really bug me.
Ok, so I've been having anxiety and some sort of attacks lately more than the past couple months. Seems like it flares up out of nowhere (anxiety came out of nowhere last year). I also feel dizzy, dazed, lightheaded, sometimes I feel like I'm floating. I feel pressure in my head and sometimes in my ears. I also hear loud ringing in my ears (not both at the same time). My eyes feel sensitive to light and certain objects and patterns, I see a lot of floaters and a flashing light at the corner of my left eye. When I'm reading a book or something my eyes can't adjust properly.one time I was reading a text message and my eyes went blurry for a few seconds and I forgot how to spell a word but only for a few seconds. I also felt anxious dizzy nauseous and like I was going to faint.
I also hear a noise in my head which won't go away..
AND noises seems louder than they are.

I've had a lot of blood work done, thyroid checked, had many ECGs (think that's what it's called). I've had my eyes checked and they said EVERYTHING is good.

Medications I take are pantoprazole and gravol. The gravol isn't prescribed I take one pill every night to help me sleep and I've been taking them for about 4years. I was told by many people that taking gravol everyday is bad and some people said if it helps me to keep taking them.

I hate feeling like this everyday it's tiring and frustrating. Doctors don't know what's wrong with me.

What should I do?
Is there anyone out there who feels any of these symptoms?

Exercise, do yoga, sit in silence for 10-20 minutes each day. Every time you feel like you're anxious, breath in for 4 seconds and out for 5 seconds; works for me.

I sometimes get the symptoms you are describing when I am under high anxiety/stress levels. You may just need to learn how to control your anxiety. Controlling your anxiety may reduce or even get rid of these symptoms.

I started taking them last year in September. That's when all this started.. A few days after taking them and I missed a dose. I've been taking the ever since and I stopped raking them last week and I felt like crap & had a bad panic attack.
Sometimes I think the gravol is causing me to feel like this but I don't know.

I was prescribed Pantopazole for stomach issues and had to stop taking it because of side effects. One of them was tiredness. I've taken some other PPI's, like Pantopazle that caused me to have panic attacks. My Dr said this is not a side effect but I researched it and found other people that had the same thing happen to them. How long have you been on this med? I'm asking because if your anxiety got worse after starting this med, or having an increase, that might be the problem.

I too Have thought everything in the world is wrong with me but it has always come back to my anxiety. I have GAD/severe panic disorder and I get all the same symptoms as you do. are mind is very powerful and can control alot of things. Have you talked to a therapist or psychiatrist? Just know that you are not alone and everyone of the symptoms you have described I also have. and it is just anxiety.
