Has anybody here tried or heard of the LInden Method?

Hi everyone, as my anxiety has only started litrally over the last week or so I've become slightly obsessed with researching it on the internet. I came across something called the Linden Method by Charles Linden. He is pretty much saying that he can cure you without any drugs, and I do mean cure not just supress it. What he is saying that there is a particular part of the brain that controls our anxiety levels like a theromstat and his method is all about resetting that part of the brain back to normal. It does cost but there is a free e-book you can download, I read it and was totally amazed by the contents and I really think it could help a lot of people on here. I couldn't afford the whole package but there are ways of downloading this from the net. He has a Facebook page and I've watched an interview with Jodie Kidd on The Lorraine Show, Jodie explained that she and her sister had been suffering since 15 years old, they tried the Linden Method and it has now completely cured them. I have now managed to download the course, I have only looked at a couple of things so far but considering how completley awful Ive felt now for 6 six days this method is almost like a god send!!!!! It is very in depth and you must be totally committed but I really feel this is the way, not just suppressing it or covering it up with drugs. Anxiety is not something that happens ' to' you it's a condition you perpetuate yourself. I'm really gonna give this a good shot because every thing I have read has given me hope and with that confidence, I tried just one of his excersises yesterday and I had the best day yet, not one episode!!!!! Please people check it out.

My daughter was saved by the Linden Method. She was so bad she attended the retreat in UK (we are from Ireland) Crippling anxiety and panic for 10 years. Totally eliminated  within five days. It works. It is liberating.

yes i did, you really should pay for it off the official site but a friend directed me to a site called pirate bay and i downloaded the whole package from there, i probably shouldn't be putting that on here but if it helps others who cares, the only thing you wont benifit is the 24 hr lines when you can speak to Lindens trained people.
