Having a panic attack cause this weekend
My girlfriend is going upstate to see her family and her grandparents are going on a cruise, all next week after thanksgiving and I going to my parents house, but I haven't been back there in 2 months and I can't be left alone cause I get a panic attack and my girlfriend is always there to keep me calm, so basically I need her around and her grandparents cause they all keep me calm and they're all leaving, so please anyone I need some advice one what to do? Btw I'm not taking meds for my anxiety/panic attacks and waiting for my health insurance to get approved so I can get help, but if I can't do anyone before than I might go to the hospital cause I keep having them
