I am with other two on this. We are not doctors and the symptoms you describe might be due to physical reasons. So first stop: your general physician...or any doctor to make sure you are well.
Then ..if tests are within normal ranges...you attack the anxiety.
As cj mentioned anxiety can manifest in too many ways to count. We never want to go straight there however. Low blood sugar or dehydration as krissy says can certainly cause shakiness or feeling of faintness. Diarrhea or constipation can be result of diet..

I would have to agree...there can be a myriad of causes for symptoms, but anxiety can cause these symptoms (and many more). Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? Have you been to your doctor to get checked out?
There could be many things that can cause that. Your sugar may be low, are you eating well? And if you spend a lot of time outside, in this extreme heat and not drinking enough fluids that can make you feel that way. Do you already have anxiety?
