Next day went to doctor. He said take tenoret 50
Took it.

Still it was palpitations.
Went to a physcatrist
Zoloft and azolam for panic attacks
Different kind of symptoms. Always checking bp. Always taking readings. Always feeling the beats and always wanting to go to a cardiologist. Now m on zoloft 100 azolam 1.5 and oridone half of .5 i think
Today checked my bp n pulse. 160 100 and pulse 90 to 95.
Plz help me regarding my concerns

Check out the worry trick; by David C (can't remember last name).  I found this to be very helpful - essentially how we make our anxiety worse through techniques that we think will help.  Mostly trying to prove our worries won't happen - like getting confirmation from others.  I get it because I deal with it too.  Get checked out for heart issue and blood pressure.  If no medical issue then address it as anxiety.  The worry trick shows how worry is a counterintuitive problem that needs counterintuitive solutions.  Stay strong - you can handle this.

I appreciate all the answers. My history of hypocodria does exists. As well as i am very conscious (extra extra extra conscious) even when i had sinus infection i can relate it to die of it.
Respridone *** oridone apology
I have had multiple visits to ERs in the past
Right now i am seeing a physcatrist.
My BP at todays visit was 120 70
He said boy trust me you have no heart issue. You dont have hypertension. You are just anxious panic n all
Then he said now on. No more doctors. Alprazolam dose is also been gradually reduced. He says i ll take it to zero as well as tenoret and xavor also will be far away from you once we manage your thoughts. So he is counselling me too.
No the last question by you respected people is
I should trust my existing physcatrist (who is very competent and best one) or i should see a cardiologist ? Even it will scare me to go to a cardiolofist. Like today my doc said. Your bp is low. He distracted me for a moment while checking n all. Right now. M pretty fine. Just heart rate is 72 to 89 resting and i had so much increased appetite
So please tell me now should i go to see cardiologist or not ? :/

Your psychiatrist sounds like one of the good ones, but no doctor, not even a cardiologist, can rule out an underlying heart condition by taking your BP once. With your history of hypochondria, I still strongly suggest you see a cardiologist to rule out, once and for all, any issues with your heart. You will then have peace of mind and can turn all your attention to your hypochondria and anxiety issues.

I agree 100% with Paxiled. Before you continue to take all this medication, which has seemingly just been thrown at you by numerous doctors without any in-depth talk therapy or medical necessity. (Yes, your BP WAS pretty high, but if anxiety is the root cause of that, there are other avenues to explore before putting you on possibly unnecessary medications. When you finally took yourself to the ER, you were definitely in a state of high anxiety. This would cause your blood pressure to sky rocket and your pulse to be abnormally high. The ECG that you had at the hospital ruled out that you were having a heart attack.......but bear in mind that an ECG will tell the doctors ONLY what is happening with your heart during the time you are hooked up to the machine. I don't mean to frighten you, but a person can have a perfect ECG, get off the table and drop dead from a heart attack. (They don't bother telling you that) This is why you need to be followed by a cardiologist who will do several ECG's over a period of time to get a TRUE picture of your heart health. As Paxiled has also stated, and why I am adamant about you seeing a cardiologist, is because doctors in the ER are there for one reason only, to keep you alive long enough to either get you into surgery or send you home......bottom line, to get you off THEIR hands. ER doctors know a great deal about a lot of medical emergencies, but what that boils down to is that they are "The jack of all trades, but the master of none." They sent you home without recommending you follow up with anyone.......in other words they did NOT recommend you see a "master" of the trade, which in your case is a cardiologist.
I'm not sure when this event happened to you, but over the course of just a couple of days you saw quite a few different doctors, each of whom gave you medications.
Looking back at that list I'm quite amazed at the stew of new drugs you're on. I wonder how you're even thinking straight enough to post to us. The list includes:
1) tenoret............for high blood pressure
2) Xavor.............also for high blood pressure
3) Zoloft..............for depression AND anxiety
4) azolam (which by itself does not exist, so I will assume you meant alprazolam.......for anxiety/panic
5) oridone.......which I can not find in ANY medical reference guide for medications. Hundreds of medications end in "done," so I have no idea which one you're taking or for what.

That is a LOT of medications to begin taking at the same time and most of these have side effects that when you first begin taking them, can have some pretty nasty side effects.

Personally, my advice to you would be to find a highly recommended cardiologist, take your bucket of meds with you, tell him your story and let him diagnose any heart issues you may have. Cardiologist are highly aware that anxiety can mimic heart problems, so let HIM rule in OR out which one is most likely your problem, and which medication is going to be of the most benefit to you at this time. He may very well find that your heart is in excellent condition and realize that your problem is anxiety/panic.
Right now, you have too many cooks in the kitchen and you're going to end up REALLY messed up on medications if you don't draw the line.

We wish you the best

I'm a bit confused.  You say nothing wrong was found, but you were put on meds by your doctor anyway.  Then you say you were diagnosed with anxiety and given two meds for that, without being told to go see a talk therapist first to see if this is anxiety at all.  I'd ask, before this happened, did you experience irrational fears?  Did you obsess like this over all kinds of things, did you obsess every time you felt a little off?  I mean, that would indicate anxiety, but still, you've been put on a lot of drugs which isn't exactly first do no harm, if you get my drift, without first trying less invasive methods such as therapy.  I have no idea what's going on with you, but also, what Ruby is telling you is that when you go to the ER, you aren't really seeing an expert for enough time to properly evaluate a condition.  Their job is to see if you're having an emergency that needs immediate attention, and they determined you don't but that doesn't mean you don't have something harder to find going on.  I doubt you do, but you could.  If you don't eliminate all possible physiological causes you really can't diagnose something as anxiety.

But i am already seeing my medicine professor and physcatrist. Plus i have been to institutes of cardiology in emergency room that went me through ecg blood tests and bp monitoring. Except the bp shootage there was nothing of concern to them and they said you are fine to go and all. I said do i need to see a cardiologist. They said if we would have found any minor issue we would have mentioned before you ask as we r here to treat hearts

I, too, think you should be seen by a cardiologist. That these symptoms have apparently come on rather abruptly is a good reason to be seen as soon as possible. You have seen a couple doctors who are throwing different medications at you which may only be exacerbating the problem. Also, you may have simply had a palpitation, which we ALL get from time to time, and now your anxiety is out of control causing other issues. Anxiety can definitely raise your blood pressure, cause heart palps and accelerated heart rates. Then it becomes a vicious cycle.........you feel anxious which dumps adrenalin into your system which increases your heart rate which causes you to feel more anxiety so more adrenalin is dumped and your heart rate increases even more along with your blood pressure then you feel a palpitation CAUSED by the anxiety which INCREASES that anxiety so MORE adrenalin gets dumped..........well, I think you see what I mean. It's a horrible roller coaster to be on and the best way to get it under control is to make sure there is no underlying medical reason for all these symptoms. And the best person to rule out any problem with your heart is a cardiologist.
I'm sure you'll be fine but please don't put off making an appointment.
