Heart jiggling?

Hey everyone, I've been experiencing something really odd the past few weeks and I'm wondering if it could be anxiety related.

Some background before I get into this: I am on 20mg of escitalopram once a day, and just started 40mg of pantoprazole once a day for nausea (my doctor thinks I've developed IBS due to my anxiety, I'll be going in for a gastric emptying scan soon). I suffer from severe episodes of panic late at night (which makes me afraid to sleep and makes it worse) that last for hours and almost constant physical symptoms of anxiety and worry 24/7, as well as depression. I am overweight at exactly 222lbs at 5'3", and am currently waiting for results as to whether or not I have diabetes (my father and his entire side of the family have type II). My grandma (on my dad's side) has had multiple strokes, has a pacemaker for her a-fib, and is in congestive heart failure I believe. One of her sons (my uncle) had a heart attack in his early 30 thirties, but is doing just fine today (and he was a heavy smoker/drinker). My granddad (on my mom's side), who is 86, had a quintuple bypass a few years ago, but is also fine today. Both of my parents seem to have a form of hypertension, but nothing else related to heart issues, and as far as I can tell from observing my own blood pressure (except when I'm nervous), mine has been in a perfectly normal state. I have had multiple EKGs (latest being this past thursday) over the past year or so and all of them have come back a little abnormal apparently, but they haven't really changed, so doctor's think it might just be my baseline. I also got an ultrasound of my heart during a hospital stay (I've been to the hospital three times so far before ai was diagnosed with anxiety) and they didn't really say much to me at all, so I guess it was normal? I also had x-rays of my chest done, as well, and I guess they didn't really see anything.

Anyway, sorry to ramble, but I'll get to the point. I've been feeling this odd sensation when dozing off or waking up from sleep only where my heart (at least I think so, it's around my upper left/middle chest) feels like it's kind of jiggling around, like Jello. Keep in mind I said (so far) I only get this when jolted awake briefly or when waking up in the morning, I don't feel this at all when I'm completely awake or during the day. I also noticed when feeling my pulse it was steady and normal (though a little fast sometimes as the feeling makes me panic).

I was wondering if anyone else has felt this before, and if it's normal? I tried to describe it to my doctor and he said it MIGHT be PVCs, but I didn't really think to use the word jiggle until now, as I said flutter to him, but realized jiggle is much more accurate.

I know exactly how you feel, I get chest pains and pressure a lot, too. My arms tend to go weak and numb along with it and that freaks me out further. And I'm sure you'll be just fine, but I definitely can relate! Good thoughts your way : )

Thank you, Embrace123! It's nice to know someone has felt something similar! Heart health is probably my biggest anxiety, so I probably am just being anxious. Thank you for the support.
