Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

De-personalization Is common with anxiety and depression. What you need to do (If you really want some help) Is get to the emergency room and tell them you're having suicidal thoughts, severe anxiety and depression and make sure you tell them, and they know, de-personalization and de-realization. I know what you're thinking that they will put you In a mental hospital, and I assure you that's not the case. I told them the same things when I was In your shoes and they fixed me. Gave me some pills, some mental help with a counselor and some papers for reading on my problems. And they gave me a sleeping pill so I could sleep very well (I really did too) and It was quite nice. They will remove every object In the room Including your phone, shoes, jewelry and anything else you brought or that can be removed from the walls. Just a heads up, this is your best bet for help.

Your not alone.  I get the same feelings as you VERY often.  Are you in any sort of therapy? That can help.
If your not into medications there are other things you can do. 1 is watching your diet.  Eating healthy and avoiding caffine can help decrease your anxiety.
Also, excersizing is huge.  It helps a lot! Another this I do when I get anxious is read.  I dont know if your into that, but it helps you focus on someone elses world other than your own.  I always HATED reading, but ever since i realized it helps I read constantly now.
I do reccoment therapy though.  And, medication (if you decide you want to do so) can really help cause it helps get rid of the symptoms of anxiety/depression while therapy can get to the root of the problem and solve it.

You are not alone...please realize that.  And you CAN and WILL get through this! This is not you, it is the anxiety speaking.  At times there seems to be no hope, but i promise you...you will get better. I had lost all hope of getting rid of my anxiety...ive had it since i was about 2 years old.  Today, I can proudly say I am about 90% completely rid of my anxiety thanks to therapy and the medication Pristiq and all the other little tricks like reading and such I explained above.
Good luck to you, I wish you well.  Keep in mind you have all of our support here and I can promise you that you CAN get over this!
