Trouble breathing at night

I have no idea what this is from it happened randomly one night. I woke up and I felt like I was going to throw up I couldn't breathe.. It was very scary then it happened anOther night and these attacks got more frequent.. Its worse if I'm lying on my back or if something is covering my face... It's been about 4 months since these attacks started and they just get worse someone said it could be panic attacks but I just don't understand why it is happen ending does anyone know?

I would recommend getting in to see your Dr. Make sure you tell him/her what's going on. Yes, you could be having panic attacks, but it could also be something else going on. Have you been sick lately? Do you have allergies?
