How can I make this stop?

I think I'm afraid of everything. I'm afraid that someone will break into my house
I'm afraid that I'm having a heart attack
I'm afraid of dying
If I think theres something wrong with me Im afraid it's something fatal but I'm so insanely afraid of anything medical or doctors that I won't go to a doctor. Every night I'm afraid to sleep because I'm afraid I won't wake up. I'm so tired and want to go to sleep so badly but right now I'm afraid I have appendicitis so I can't go to bed. Please help....

If you are a female and certain you are not w child, a low dose of Xanax or Klonopin would help you a ton, dr's usually are particular about giving those scrips. But i felt the same untill I stated Klonopin, now I dont care about much at all, which probably isnt good either.

It sounds to me (and I am not a proffesional) like you are obsesive compulsive, which is very common in all people. Anti deppressants such as Effexor, Prozac, or Zoloft can treat. These meds also help anxiety, which you seem to display. I dont think you need to see a actual psychiatrist to treat this, probably your family physician will be sufficient. for counselling was given a one a day low dosage anti depressant for anxiety and it made a massive difference. that was two years ago. i can actually laugh about it now but it was scarey living it. if you havent done something about it eg doctor please do. help yourself take control again. its worth it. hope this helped. x

have u seen a doctor? i used to be like that and thought i was the only person in the world to feel this way. it was triggered by a stressful pregnancy but any type if stress can bting it on. i was convinced if i had a headache it was a tumor. sore leg dvt. u namr it and everything had the worst possible outcome. i went to doc one day and said i couldnt live like this anymore. ge sent me
