It would help us if you could define "feeling very strange" a bit better for us. Are these feelings physical, psychological or both?
Is your asthma well controlled?
I don't give a rats rear if you smoke pot..........I grew up in the 60's...........but someone with asthma should not smoke anything and I'm sure I'm not the first to tell you that. I smoke cigs like a chimney on fire, so I'm not passing judgement. It's very good that you've quit.
So, you've recently begun to experience tingling in your left arm and legs, and your urine has taken on a strong odor. Just out of curiosity, did it cross your mind to go the doctor? And who told you to start taking penicillin? If it wasn't your doctor, you do realize that wasn't such a great idea.
If you WERE having a heart attack, you would know. What symptoms did you have that lead you to think you were having one? As you said and what is the truth is that age IS on your side.
Anxiety is notorious for causing chest pains and for those of us who suffer with anxiety or panic disorders, the fear of heart attacks is all too frequent and very real. Without knowing more about the physical symptoms you are or were feeling, I can't say that anxiety was at the root of your fear.
I don't know if there is w/d when you cold turkey weed like there would be with cigs. Weed does not contain nicotine which is the addtictive substance in cigarettes, and perhaps someone else can post with that answer, or you could check over on the Substance Abuse Forum, someone there probably knows.
I really don't know what's going on either as none of us here are doctors but that is where I strongly urge you to go. This could be nothing more serious than a pinched nerve in your back, which could easily affect your arms and legs, or it could be something more seious. The strong urine odor could be a symptom of a UTI........but in both cases, only your doctor is going to be able to diagnose you.
It's your health were talking about here and you need to get both these issues addressed as soon as you can.
Let us know what you find out, OK?
I wish you the best
Peace

perhaps it is anxiety. I had anxiety last year for about 6 months following a panic attack diving. I beat it without any drugs. One simple trick that I was taught to help me dive again but that I starting doing everytime I felt my chest tighten and my heart start beeting faster (followed by vomiting or nausia) ..anxiety.
Anyway try this

As soon as you start feeling on edge or have anxiety symtoms
stop thinking
breath in 1...2....3 and out...4...5....6
repeat and repeat and repeat if you still keep thinking anxius thoughts count louder (in your head) and take deeper breaths until you feel at ease.
Anxiety attatcks or panic attacks only last 15 minutes, sometime knowing that help, keep telling yourself it will be over in a minute and keep counting breaths. Read as much information about anxiety or panic attacks as possable, understanding it can help massivly as I think when it starts happening its so scary because you don't know whats going on, or feel your going crazy, which is scary!
good luck
