I know how u feel.. I honestly do.. its so hard when you get that low and feel helpless and hopeless... I lost my husband at 58 yrs old 2 yrs ago, I am taking care of my disabled daughter.. I know so many others go thru worse.. but when you are feeling this way, its big to you, its real to you. I take meds for my anxiety/panic disorder, also have depression...and many other health issues. I do go to the DRS. one after another. I am seeking therapy for my anxiety etc.. what everyone is saying is true and helpful but I am doing this and still feel so bad all the time too...
Dont be sad,Always try to be happy and cheerful.Keep yourself engaged in various types of things other than your work, try to make more friends and try to spend more time with your friends.

For me, I was not able to overcome my major depression until I began to engage in productive activities. Try volunteering or attending a support group. If your doctor is not suggesting behaviors like this that are not medication, you may need to find a new doctor.
First of all please never put your e-mail address on a public forum like this, when you do that your leaving yourself wide open for fraud, spam and other bad thing you don't want. At the bottom of the page, scoll down, see contact us? Click on that and ask them to remove it for you and they will.
You don't mention having anxiety but depression. Xanax is an anxiety drug that a person should only take when they have a bad anxiety attack because it is so easy to become dependent on these, you must be very very careful taking them. Plus your taking Wellbutrin AND Klonipin you shouldn't need all of that.
Bad knees don't have to stop you from exercising, you can still do low impact exercises and lose weight.:) Water exercise is a great one. You are weightless in water but can still get that heart rate up enough to boost your metabolism and get you started losing your excess weight. This is something to really get excited about! I think your self-esteem could use a boost too. Follow a low cal-low carb diet and lose the sodas while your dieting. I'll bet your knees feel much better after you lose too. Good luck to you, There must be a diet forum here too, take advantage of that too. I'm sorry you are feeling sad all the time but I think if you take some initiative in your life it will make you feel so much better about yourself.♥
