I am getting too anxious about hiv please help

I have been having sex with just normal guys around my age. Two of them were unprotected but they didnt ejeculate inside of me. They were all blood donors and one of them was a national cyclist. I am quite sure they are all conscious people who gets tested for this just to donate blood but one of them asked me a thousand time if i had hiv and even if i said i am clean he insisted i show him the results and also one of my friends wanted to get tested just to be sure with just cold blood.
While all of these happening i have been worried sick. I didnt have sex for months, but later I kissed a guy and had oral sex, he ejaculated in my mouth but i didnt swallow. Later that day I got sick so bad I couldnt get up, I had sore throat, fever and all of those things. I googled hiv symptoms and it all looked similar to mine. (But before that my tooth was treated with canal and I now think that maybe the source of all the bacteria) I took antibiotics and it was over. After that sickness I got sick again three times but not that hard. I went to the doctor and i said I wanna get checked if i have a sickness. I gave blood and I had an inflammation in my blood probably because of my teeth.

I went to holiday and I got nothing wrong with me, I didnt even think about it. Now im back home, its all I can think about and whenever i think about it I feel sick. I check myself all the time. If i have white coating on my tongue i think what if its hiv. Its ruining my life. Even if the chances are low, thinking about it makes me dizzy.

Now if i have a problem i am going to force myself to think its because of my sinusitis.

Maybe all of these are happenning because of my guilt. I really wanna shake it off and i need some help with other people living like this.

First, why are you having unprotected sex anyway?  You're just setting yourself up for anxiety and for other consequences -- HIV isn't the only problem out there, as I'm sure you know.  Second, it sounds like you're taking antibiotics without having anything that antibiotics treat, and you're possibly suffering some of the consequences of that -- getting sick repeatedly and developing immune system problems.  Antibiotics kill of organisms that protect you from disease, so you only take them when absolutely necessary.  If you had a successful root canal, the major infection is gone, and what's left is sealed in the tooth and probably can't be reached by antibiotics.  Sinusitis doesn't mean anything -- it just means you had an inflamed sinus, but doesn't say why -- most likely it's just allergies, which will get worse the more you take antibiotics.  I'd go to a good health food store and buy the best probiotic found in the refrigerated section of the supplement department.  You can also benefit from eating fermented and cultured vegetables to replenish beneficial organisms.  Lastly, have you seen a therapist who specializes in anxiety treatment so this doesn't become a chronic problem, as it seems to be doing?

A researcher's article this spring which I can't locate said that none of the claims about improving your immunity from foods have been proven so the only thing you can do to improve your immunity is get proper sleep.
That article sounds peculiar -- all our nutrients come from food, and so everything that makes up our immune system also comes from food.  Antioxidants are a big part of our immune system, and they come from fruits and vegetables.  The liver is one of the most important organs in the immune system, and nutrients that support the liver are therefore obviously beneficial for the immune system.  I have to think this article said something other than what you're reporting.  As for the organisms that make up part of our immune system, well, they do, to the extent that some people are now being cured by fecal transplants -- that's gross, but true.  These organisms are so important for mental health, the immune system, and digestion that even the CDC and FDA have now put out stern warnings about the overuse of antibiotics.  If the article says what you say it says, think about it -- it's impossible to be true.
This is not the article but is an interesting read including sections on herbals and another on diet. http://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/how-to-boost-your-immune-system

Near the beginning, they recommend a varied diet but,,,
"Attempting to boost the cells of the immune system is especially complicated because there are so many different kinds of cells in the immune system that respond to so many different microbes in so many ways. Which cells should you boost, and to what number? So far, scientists do not know the answer."
It's great to read different things and get different opinions.  However, it's not a very logical statement.  I'm guessing someone biased against natural medicine wrote this, but did a poor job.  It really doesn't matter if you can't help all cells.  If you can help any cells, it's an improvement, right?  What you're quoting seems to be saying if we can't reach universal perfection, give up altogether.  It would be nice to think you don't need to eat your veggies and fruits and avoid things that are bad for you but of course you do if you want the best chance of staying healthy.  Look, if you don't eat your vitamins, you die.  Vitamins are necessary for life and you can't make them, you have to eat them somehow.  Why?  Because without them, you die, and part of the reason for that is your immune system stops functioning.  Everyone gets to do what suits them, but there are facts out there.
It is the Harvard Medical School so I assume you didn't read it. I provided the link.

I think you definitely sound anxious and really hope that you see someone about your anxiety.   Irrational fear is hard to live with as you are finding.  Talk to your doctor about it.
