I do think its anxiety, I only get it when I am super stressed that day and have had a panic attack so I am relating it too that anyways I have been checked with everything and they can't find anything wrong with me.....Panic and anxiety can do some crazy stuff! I wish you well and hope it gets better :)!

If anything I would blame it on an inner ear thing. I had an inner ear infection where I couldn't even walk. I couldn't turn my head to the side and when I laid down I was still dizzy with my eyes opened or closed. I went to the ER and the ER doctor said everything looked fine lol. About a week later I was fine, but I do get that dizziness from time to time due to fluid in my ears. I have anxiety attacks too, but I knew that was not from anxiety. If you are truly dizzy it could be from your ears, but remember with our anxiety our minds focus on discomfort and multipy it times 10.

Try reading the book Panic Attacks Workbook by David Carbonell, Ph.D.. It has helped me a lot! You can order it online for $11 or a little more, but it is so worth it.

Hi Olivia,

Well let me first tell you that I know what your going through.  Not fun to say the least.  I have been going through this anxiety thing for over 3 months now and its been a nighmare.  I dont know how many times I convinced myself I was dying of something.  It sounds like anxiety.  Get yourself checked out so it will give you some peace of mind.
God Bless
