MayMay I am so sorry for your loss :(  That alone is causing your emotions, hormones & anxiety levels to be high. No wonder you have been having all these symptoms. Do you not have an GP to visit? You state you are going to the ER tomorrow I think you might get better care from your own GP but if you cant ask the ER Dr if they can run an EKG and mini physical to make sure this is all anxiety related. Then maybe a little xanax to help you deal with this hard time.
Stay off google...too many things to scare you. This site is very very useful. Keep checking in and good luck!

Actually, I believe that this is a great place to start.  Everyone here has gone through the same thing you are going through in some sort of way.  You are NOT going mad; you are reacting to anxiety in a normal way in my opinion...being confused and scared happened to me and many others here, but for me, gaining the knowledge and learning about it actually can make it very manageable and much easier to confront in my opinion.   Do you have access to a therapist?  Talk therapy has done wonders for me and a good author that I really like is Dr. Claire Weekes who has written some really good books and helped me relate to what I was going through...please do not hesitate to ask as many questions as you like!
