what kids of meds would u take for this? is it a form of anxiety?
personally I believe you don't cure so much as manage. I use meditation to retrain myself to focus on what is and not what I am thinking. I also have a therapist and am doing cognitive therapy

yes read what you can about depersonalization, there are many self help books on this,

I have the sane exact issues, feeling like your in a dream is called depersonalization, and that is one of my worse symptoms. It'll get better. Just keep the faith.
