Neck Stifness with Anxiety

Does any one else have this? Okay so my neck feels weird all the time..its like my neck muscles are getting rotten and when i move my neck i feel this noise in my head and ears its like this weird noise. I dont even know how to explain this...

i do have TMJ but i never had any symptoms from it like headache or pain..but that might be the reason to why im having these neck pains..i never thought of that..thanks for the response

Maybe TMJ?  You may be clenching your teeth which will make your neck hurt.  This has been true for me for years.

well i think my neck is fine because i had an MRI from my neck recently and  it was normal...

I'm going through this right now. My neck has been so sore and my anxiety has been sky high. I agree with the above post. It would'nt hurt to see a chiropractor because your neck and back may need to be adjusted

Funny story.  For years I had neck pain and attributed it to my anxiety.  Then I went to a chiropractor for a lower back problem and he took xrays, found that my cervical spine had been deteriorating for years due to an old car accident.  So you never know, you know?
