I really don't want to take another clorazepate.

I had panic attacks on both Wednesday and Thursday of last week. So, Friday and Saturday I had elevated anxiety but no attacks. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and yesterday I had to take a clorazepate due to eminent panic attacks. They lower my anxiety but make me feel bad and depressed. I had a lot of anxiety this time last year and one of my friend's suggested that I have something bothering me subconsciously around this time of year. These attacks always happen at work.

I am seeing a psychologist. I have been for a year. I had to miss both my Feb appt and March appt. My next appointment is April 6.
