xanax and pregnancy

I am a 35 female and almost 8 weeks pregnant!I am onto xanax(benzodiapin) and entact(escitalopram) for 7 years now,but when i found out pregnancy occcured i stopped for week 4 and 5 and then symptoms of panic,phobia,depression etc came back again!So i got back onto meds!Because there is no study on entact they told me not to take it at all and so i do,as it is heard that it causes severe malformations on the fetus heart.As for xanax they told me it just increases some risks but never gave something serious or untreatable in evidence so it is more safe to take only at night to keep me under control.The biggest dose for me is one xanax 0,5 every night,and from yesterday i went to 0,25 to minimize it even more!On the ultrasound yesterday baby and heart seemed perfectly healthy,thank god!I am so very confused and scared!Entact i managed to stop but with xanax i cannot easily make it as symptoms fight me hard and i can not enjoy anything!Help me and advise me!

Please let me know if you find any help. I want to get pregnant but I know I'll have to go off my xanax. I've already started weening it but I'm terrified of being pregnant and anxious!!
