I think I am having panic attacks

My first panic attack was in church. I was kneeling and I started to feel really tired from kneeling. Then it was really hard to breathe and I felt like fainting. I was sweating And my fingers were numb. I left the room and sat down and I started to feel better. After that I was scared that it would happen again. This was a few months ago. Now today it happened again but way worse. I was laying down and my stomach hurt really bad and I felt like I was going to throw up. I went to stand up and as soon as I did I was very light headed and everything was almost like spinning. I went in my bathroom and was standing there trying to breathe and in so much pain for like 10 minutes until I finally fell on the ground. I was just laying on the ground until I think I passed out. I honestly don't know If I was awake or passed out all I know is I was laying there for about 30 minutes. Does anyone know what this is or could mean. I am so scared it will happen again but it has only happened twice

Hi I have this and it happened to me twice in mass recently. I have MS and I wanted to see if there is a correlation. The only thing I could find is an ear problem or vertigo. My balance is horrible too so that may contribute. I’m fairly young so it’s not old age yet. I hope this helps!

Get some blood tests for Vitamin D, magnesium, B12 and see if your hemoglobin and ferritin levels are good. Deficiencies have serious symptoms. Anxiety included.

Blood tests:
25 OH Vitamin D
Magnesium RBC
Serum B12
HotoTC Levels
MMA
Homocystein
Hemoglobin
Serum ferritin

There's no way to tell if it's anxiety or not, although the first way to know is if you feel anxious.  But your first step should be to see your doctor and eliminate all physiological causes for this -- it could be anything at this point, including something as simple as a food allergy.
