Hi I have this and it happened to me twice in mass recently. I have MS and I wanted to see if there is a correlation. The only thing I could find is an ear problem or vertigo. My balance is horrible too so that may contribute. I’m fairly young so it’s not old age yet. I hope this helps!
Get some blood tests for Vitamin D, magnesium, B12 and see if your hemoglobin and ferritin levels are good. Deficiencies have serious symptoms. Anxiety included.
Blood tests:
25 OH Vitamin D
Magnesium RBC
Serum B12
HotoTC Levels
MMA
Homocystein
Hemoglobin
Serum ferritin
There's no way to tell if it's anxiety or not, although the first way to know is if you feel anxious. But your first step should be to see your doctor and eliminate all physiological causes for this -- it could be anything at this point, including something as simple as a food allergy.
panic attacks is like living with intense fear do you take or mix other pills?do you take Zoloft Seroquel Cogentin prazosin buspiorne or trazadone gabapentin metformin or ibuprofen ? these make me feel the same way you do dizzy and room spinning around I have to stop and concentrate (which is difficult to do with schizophrenia) and wait till I'm all clear
