Panic attack please help

Right now I'm really having a really bad attack and it's only at night which it's it hard to sleep I took a 0.25 Xanax about a hour ago that the hospital prescribed to me if I really need it and it's not doing anything to calm me, should I take at least 1 or 2 more to try and help me to keep calm? Idk if I can cause the bottle says to take one if you feel it coming on. This attack started to get worse cause of stress with my ma. I was suppose to come on down after Christmas but could do it cause my grandmother Inlaw didn't want me going over there cause my family is sick and didn't want me to bring the flu over to this place where I stay at with my wife but I made a promise to my parents I would but didn't call them to tell them that , so my ma text on Facebook getting mad at me cause I broke my promise to my family.

Put that family problem aside for a moment. Take your Zanax under the tongue and not swallowing with water. It can work in as little as 4 minutes according to one study. If you are desperate take .50 but only as needed,not as routine three times a day which could mean dependence or addiction in future. ..
.And a little touch of firmness with your ma and in-laws would help

Dear Sean, take your medicine as directed.
     Melatonin is a natural ( very inexpensive sleep aide) next time you are at your Therapists office, ask them if it's ok to take. I know lots of people who love Melatonin, they say it has no after affects.
    So if your Xanax is for anxiety, then use that PRN.
    I understand, sometimes no matter what the perceived consequences, I too, just can not communicate with people. It's hard to describe, but it's very realistic isn't it Sean?  It happens to me too especially with my Parents too. They push my buttons. Just the thought of them can throw a Panic Attack my way.  It's hard. I know what you are going through.
     Do you attend Group?  I joined this year & it's helped me as much or more
