This is the anxiety getting to you. You said you "think you have a brain tumor"... that's a big jump dont ya think? Most people would think vertigo... or something more common vs a rare brain tumor.

But this is how we are, but you can change the way you react to anxiety, and in that matter anxiety itself will get better and easier.

Whens the last time you've been to the Dr.? Are you seeking any treatment for anxiety? Therapy? Meds?

If not, I think it's time, if you feel you need it, and im not a Dr. of any kind, just advice... never hurts to have a little TOOL BOX to get ya back to your old self again. =)

a few weeks ago I thought I'd NEVER be my old self again, i felt like i was stuck for good in anxiety state, and thought i was going crazy, but it was just manifestation of anxiety... its like getting the stomach flu... when you are sick, you think "what does it feel like to feel good? i cant wait for this to be over..."

Well, the good news is, I started taking some lexapro 10mg again, and im on day 9 or 10, and I'm already back to my old self... matter of fact, im even BETTER than my old self. LIFE IS SO AWESOME right now. You can feel this too, and I have faith that you will bigdoug!

Do what you think you need to do to help yourself. Get your TOOL BOX to help you get through this one, then go from there. We will all eventually find our ways. =)

Take care.

I am not a dr. but,i have experienced the dizzy weird feeling to.It's like u can see and hear everything but, everything is just a cloudy feeling.I had anxiety 8 years ago and my symptoms just came back recently and that was one of them.It was the most uncomfortable feeling in the world. But,once i accepted it and knew what i was going threw was not gna kill me i was ok after a period of time.Eventually it went away.Maybe u should see your dr.and try to get put on something.I personally don't like to take medicane but,now i'm trying to be openminded. So far it's good couple clitches but, hopefully it will be ok.And i don't know maybe looking at the symptoms will help to.Good Luck keep us posted.

Short answer = YES. =) You said youve had anxiety off and on for along time, just like me... and sometimes we think we've had every anxiety symptom in the book, til theres a new one that creeps up on us. But yes, dizzy feeling is VERY common with anxiety. Check out the list of anxiety symptoms, they will make you feel better, and will reassure you it's just anxiety doing its evil little thing. But the sooner you accept it as anxiety the better.

I always go through these when I'm going through a spell and save my anxiety symptoms on a notepad, and then go back day by day and mark off the ones im no longer feeling. It's good therapy for me. =) Get to feeling better buddy.
