I'm back y'all

Hey anxiety family, I've been off the medz now for about three years now,had a few anxiety issues, nothing I couldn't shake off an move on. Got married and I've been doing ok until now. Not to long came back from a horrible vacation (long story) but to make a long story short it was the most stressful four weeks in my life. Now I'm back home big bad mr anxiety is back with a vengeance to the point that home from work yesterday and today. I'm wondering if I should go
back on medz or fight it out.

Fight it out girl! This too shall pass! =) Congrats on being med free for 3 years! I'm going through benzo w/d, and it *****. I'm not going back on it either.

I am taking Remeron 15mg and it's helping some... and im not opposed to AD's... but benzos... NO WAY... NEVER AGAIN.
