I used to take omega 3's in capsule form as well as through ground flaxseed on an almost daily basis. I limited it to once every two weeks or so and only from fish (i don't take the concentrated form from fish oil) when I found that my heart arrythmias PVC/PAC increased in frequency and severity after I took omega 3.
it depends on how much EPA your pill has. 1000mg pill doesnt have 1000mg EPA,
EPA is the one treats you really. so you need to have a strong amount of it in capsule
1000mg EPA a day is a good amount for depression/anxiety
you might have to take around 2000mg or more pill. see the product label for EPA contents
ok thanks for the info , i have the omega-3 fish oil is that what ya take? mine is 12oomg a pill. and wow they are huge pills hope i can take them . thanks again . maybe every little pill will help i just dont want to take ativan/klonopin unless am at eand of rope and getting there fast . lol. thanks again
I am taking this as well, taking 1700 mg daily. I also take a multivitamin as well as additional Magnesium. I recently started 5-HTP as well. It does seem to be helping me...not sure which or all, but I'll keep on with them.
I take it. It is said by many doctors to be good for anxiety. I take 2, 1000 mg pills a day. I am allowed to take 3, but only take 2. I still have good and bad days. I also take a all natural vitamin too.
