premenpause

Can anxiety be part of premenopause? Once in a while I feel anxious, I started taking the vitiams Soy, vitiams D3 and prestronge cream. Seems like it has helped. Any one else felt this way...

Anxiety can indeed be a "symptom" of perimenopause, and is, actually, very common. During this time, our hormones are beginning to get a bit out of whack, and often times, anxiety is the result. Your OB/GYN can tell you, with a simple blood test, if you are starting perimenopause. This would be an excellent time to discuss the symptoms you are feeing and ways to deal with them. There are options out there to lessen the side effects of both perimenopause and menopause. Take this as a great time to begin getting educated about this wonderful and exciting chapter of your life.
You may want to swing by the Menopause Forum..........those old broads over there know a thing or two....................LOL
You're fine!
