Thank you to both of you, anxiety is so draining so it's nice to talk to ppl who know what your talking about :) I will try they tips and if it comes down to it will go to doctors :) thank you again xx
With anxiety sleep can be fleeting due to not being able to stop thinking. Don't go to bed until you are really tired, and watch TV or read allowing yourself to fall asleep. A doctor once told me to think about my favorite place to visit and go there in my mind and build on that......it truly works. Just lying in bed trying to go to sleep allows too much time to think, and with anxiety we don't need this! If this was out of the ordinary for you then I would think about what you had to drink while out.....it may have been too stimulating. People have been known to have things slipped into their drinks, so always watch for that. If it's better tonight then I'd say what you drank had a lot to do with it. If it continues and what I suggested doesn't work, talk to your doctor about it, he may feel you need something to calm you down at night. I hope you're feeling better and take care.
Talk to your doctor,if this continues to occur there are medications that help reduce panic attacks & they are very good. All the best.
