I strongly urge you to see your doctor about the side effects you are beginning to experience. The "dream like state" could be depersonalization/derealization. That you have anxiety about going outside sounds like agoraphobia, and before you end up trapped in your house, you need to get into therapy to stop that insidious disorder.
Remeron is an antidepressant which has no affinity for anxiety. I could not find anything on dosulepin, so I don't know what type of medication that is. Call your pharmacist and ask him about any interactions between these two meds and side effects.
I wish I could answer your questions, but I am not qualified to speak to pharmaceutical side effects and their duration.
Bottom line is that you are having very unpleasant side effects and your doctor needs to know and you need to discuss if a change in meds is called for.
Please don't just sit there and hope the side effects go away. These are powerful medications and you deserve answers, information and help.
Never underestimate the wisdom of a second opinion.
I wish you the best of luck. Keep in touch.
Peace
Greenlydia
I have had the trembling in my hands and understand that you are nervous. Have you talk to your doctor about them. also feelings are more or less in your mind. rule out physical then if that comes back OK look at mental. your not crazy I have had that dream like state before and still get that a lot and I am not on those same meds. people that have anxiety issues the worst thing we do is turn it into something that it is not "what if" is dangerous for us to ask. I am sure you will be fine. talk to your doctor they might want to change the dosage of your meds. good luck.
