Is overheating a symptom of anxiety?

I have anxiety but I also have a lot of trouble sleeping and am not sure if it's related.
I overheat a lot at night time, and also get very thirsty and need to urinate very frequently specifically at night time. Sleeping is very difficult for me and I feel that it is effecting my overall health, I never feel refreshed when I wake up of a morning and have to get up a few times every night to urinate or walk around to get away from the unbearable heat. This all makes my anxiety worse which makes it harder to sleep also. Does anyone know if these are more symptoms of anxiety/what can be done?

Thank you

Are you taking any medication?  Antidepressants, for example, can cause this as a side effect.

No I'm not on any medication, and I've had these symptoms for as long as I can remember, just getting the determination to do something about it now

ANxiety is basically fear so the more fearful you get the worse the sweating etc gets, in a vicious circle. Have you been able to determine a cause of your anxiety, and tried therapy or anything to help cope? How long have you been in the current status withsleep issues?

I've had these issues for as long as I can remember, and have just started CBT, but I feel like if I got a good nights sleep it'd make dealing with my anxiety in the day much easier
I'm 21 and have had anxiety issues my entire life
