"Screaming" in head a symptom?

My 19 year old son suffers from anxiety and severe headaches and has taken Vicodin, Lorazopam, seroquel, depakote, and clonazopam for about 3 years.  All in excess in my opinion, but his doctor(s) keep prescribing this stuff.  He complains a lot of a screaming in his head (but not voices) that can only be eliminated by taking lorazopam.  His doctor is puzzled by the symptom.  Could this just be another manifestation of his anxiety?  Or, somethign caused by his medications themselves?

Thanks.

Screaming in his head could me that mentally, he can't take what he is going through. In other words, stress could be building up and he is not expressing himself like he should. I think I might know what he is going through. Or he could be having very bad migranes. I take lorazepam. Is he on a .5 mg? That should only be taken once a day. It's suppose to calm him down. I would get a second opinion cuz that is tooo many pills to be on for anxiety. Im on zoloft and lorazepam(only when I need it). I'm seirous when I say this... GET HIM OFF ALL THOSE MEDS!!! It's making him worse then better.
