Could my symptoms be caused by anxiety/stress?

Ok, now On a daily basis at least once or twice, I can suffer from

numbness in the left side of my face
numbness in the chest and left shoulder
tiredness
some dizziness
light headedness
sharp pains in the left of my head
pressure in the left side of my head.

(These symptoms can occur all together, or sometimes in combinations of only a few) During the episodes, I seem to panic and believe that I am going to die, which can be very stressful and scary. However, during these episodes, as soon as I go outside, or in a bath/shower, the symptoms seem to go away temporarily, they also seem to go away if i am exercising or doing something of interest. Which makes me suspect that it could be down to stress. Also, On a daily basis, I am constantly using the computer or laptop, and have been known to spend hours at a time concentrating. My doctor ran tests and found nothing irregular about by blood pressure, co-ordination or heart rate. Are these symptoms most likely caused by stress/anxiety, or could there be something more serious such as a brain tumor? I am male, 5ft 3 inches, 119 Pounds and 16 years of age.
