Is this a panic attack?

So I've dealt with feeling ill this past month. I'm 17, my parents only took me to the doctor once to find out there was nothing wrong with me.

Today I've been so stiff and fatigued. A few minutes ago I felt this sharp sting in the middle of my back followed by panic. Afterwards, I felt a little riled up because I didn't know what just happened, but literally all my symptoms of the day were cured.

But now I just feel really weird. My lower back is tjngling like it's asleep and the back of my throat is cold like a just went rubbing. There is so nervousness though.

Why is this?

Everyone gets stings, ouches, itches, coldness etc. but just ignore them because they know nothing is wrong
All those ouches and tinglings you are noticing are because you are so afraid that something is wrong that you are concentrating on finding what it is and tensing up, which naturally scares you even more.

Try to relax and accept the doctor's diagnosis that you are not ill. Let us know how you progress anytime.
