Is this chronic anxiety/stress?

I have been stressed for 2months now.I have had the fear for HIV since childhood so i took  precautions.my where abouts of worry started when i broke my virginity to a ***** and on the spot the condom broke 15 minutes after i noticed it.i was drunk by then.since then my life hadnt been the same.i couldnt stop thinking about it.i even stopped drinking.i started having sleepless nights, chest tightness, chest pains, dificulties breathing, abdominal pains, stomach rumbling, bubble like gas  being expelled from my lower abdomen via the stomach up to the food duct through the mouth, chronic loose stool probably twice a day especially in the morning, muscle aches and body aches, pain behind the neck causing a back headache, body weakness, loss of apetite,i noticed i was losing weight, mainly body fat.a bit of blurry look.i was scared so i went to the hospital 4 weeks after i messed up.i had chest xray, which was fine,RPR -none reactive, had urine test, which was also fine.HIV test, which was negative.i was given septrin, flagil and some pain killers.i was told everything was fine.i was told to visit the hospital after 6months for tests.i managed to stay for another 3 weeks when i suddenly noticed i was losing more weight.i started thinking the machines at the hospital were so how malfunctioning.i went to a clinic and not the hospital.i told the doc i was suspectin an STI,i had another urine test, which was negative,RPR non reactive..i was then given a singje injection of benzathine penicilin.i was now conviced i didnt have an STI.since then,i have never visited any clinic or hospital.chest pain had gone away, headache stopped, and body aches reduced,a week and some days after the injection.what i'm worried about at the moment is that its like am losing more weight, dry mouth, though i do try and drink alot of water, muscle tingling,a bit of body shakes especialy an hour after having breakfast(usualy drink sugar syrup and not tea,and bread)muscle weakness, knee pain due to weight loss.should i continue waiting to gain weight for things to become normal?

I agree that you need to go see your doctor. Your stress is driving you and causing you to have fears that could be getting out of control.

Hi, Cain.  You should see your doctor.  Alot of what you describe sounds like the symptoms of an anxiety disorder.  Besides that, you should concenterate on a healthy meal-plan, eating healthy foods, regularly.  Get good rest.  Avoiding sugar (not counting fruit, as this kind of sugar is good) and caffeine may help.  Also try a multivitamin to boost your system.  Hope this is helpful.
