Why am I suddenly getting scared?
Sometimes I'll randomly get scared and only for a small amount of time, only a few seconds. When this happens usually I'm in a semi-dark place and I end up getting scared by nothing. I'm a 14 year old female what could possibly be the cause of this?
At your age you are experiencing lots of new things, so it is natural to question things. Perhaps you are just over-analyzing yourself or maybe you have a fear of the dark?
