Is this just anxiety?

I'm sure my symptoms are just caused by anxiety, but, food for thought, here they are. I am 23 years old. Most of these symptoms have occurred for at least the past year, getting progressively worse. I'm sure they are largely just symptoms of anxiety. Are there any specific tests I should request?

More recent (last 6 months) symptoms will be marked with an asterisk:

-Frequent stomach pain, as if "painfully" empty, no matter how much, how little, or when I eat before bed
-Frequent tremors, mostly in hands and legs/feet
-"Solid" feeling in parts of chest and lungs
-Occasional headache (not migraine)
-Absolute inability to concentrate
-Insomnia(*)
-Large amount of mucus in throat
-Occasional blood in stool

I'm sure there are more minor things I'm missing. I began taking Adderall in July (10mg/day), otherwise no other medicines. I had a full blood panel in September, and also tested negative for A. Pylori. Here are the results:

Also, to add:

Occasional "tingling/slight pain" in front of throat. I was thinking maybe hyperthyroidism, does my info support that?
