Is this normal?

Hi i've been suffering from anxiety fairly recent, and it was getting better and I went through a really stressful time and crashed. I just started taking prozac again which helped me a lot before. I am dizzy ALL the time and even when I am trying to get my mind off of it and i;m not feeling anxious I am still feeling dizzy and like I am going to pass out. I am scared to leave my house to go anywhere in fear of passing out or something. Does anyone else feel like this? Is it normal?

This maybe a symptom of the meds...definitly talk to your doctor about this.  I take celexa and they work great for me.  Been on them for 1 year now and I have to say that I couldn't aks for anything better.  There were definitly side effects for 2 weeks when i first started though.  So like i said, I'd definitly talk to the docto about this if I were you.

Well the doctor said this could all be anxiety but sometimes thats hard to believe, and I just started taking the meds again like two days ago and this has been going on for a week, so I don't think its the medicine but thank you.

Prozac has side effects just like any medication. If the dizziness persists, you may need to switch meds. Contact your doctor if this continues to happen or if it gets worse.

Anxiety can cause dizziness, that is probably the cause. i always get dizzy from panicing and i am not on meds, learn to calm yourself down, its hard but you always have to try.
