I've recently been suffering with panic attacks and general health anxiety. I'm only 21 and have never suffered with anything like this before. I feel sick also, even when i don't feel anxious, is this normal? I have a feeling of pressure in my head. I have been to a doctor but i worry if i go back they will put my syptoms down to anxiety, but i worry what if it's not that?? I know it probably is my anxiety but i don't fully understand it. Can anyone help me?? I feel like i'm alone, even though i know anxiety is very common.

Not sure what that would feel like. As I have sinus and allergy problems, which make your head feel waterlogged, I can kinda imagine a 'dripping' sensation.  Does any other symptom go with this one?   Tingling scalp or buzzing ears?

As it is a constant, I think I 'd check on it with your doctor.

Another idea is to track your moods, to make sure it really is a constant, and doesn't follow or precede a panic episode.

Phenergan is an antihistamine it can help with nausea but it is meant for allergy related symptoms such as irritated skin, rash, throat, nose problems.
I have never heard of it being used for Anxiety and it is no wonder it is not helping. It is actually a really good medication it is just not meant for those reasons.
A really good medication for nausea is Maxalon, however it is a script medication and Your doctor will have to prescribe it.
You should be seeing Your doctor regarding any medication, You should consider seeing a psychologist as if the Nausea is from Anxiety which it is a very common symptom of You should be treating the problem not the symptom.

Should have checked your profile before responding.  See that you have been through many gi tests, had gall bladder removed, planning now to see if hormones are culprit.

And you don't just get nauseated; vomiting is part of it.  I'd be very frustrated too.

You  deserve a solution to your problem. The difficulty is that we are not professionals.

Here in the anxiety forum we can  support and encourage you based on  our own experiences.  I know you also post in gastro forum, but it may be hard to find someone who has gone through the same ordeal you have.

Anxiety can cause so many body problems, I couldn't begin to list them all...LOL.

As to your nausea, it definitely is a common symptom of anxiety for some of us.  In my case comes and goes. Medications can also cause nausea for some.

Rather than read the labels on your medications, why don't you call your doctor and see if the nausea is caused by any of them?  You need to let him/her know you are still very anxious, and see what he recommends?

You will get better.  It is going to take time to get you on the right meds for your body, then we can help you with tips for fighting anxiety.
