Leg Pain

So this all started last night. I was up late because I wasn't tired so I was just relaxing on my computer when all of a sudden I felt like a lump was forming in my throat making it feel like my throat was closing up. Starting to get dizzy, I decided to head up to bed, but the sensation wouldn't go away. I knew if I took a benadryl just to be sure, I could put my mind at ease also and go to sleep. This morning I woke up with the lump gone, but the severe dizziness still present. My family and I went to church and the whole thing felt like a dream. I was so out of it and disoriented I had no idea what to do. The only change in medication I've gone through is that I'm trying to get off Paxil because all it does is make me extremely nauseous and give me bad diarrhea. I thought the lump in the throat and the dizziness was due to withdrawal, so my mind was at ease for a while until just a little while ago when my left leg started to hurt...a LOT. The upper leg more specifically. It feels like something is squeezing the top of my leg and my leg is going numb from the lack of blood. the leg doesn't look pale in comparison to the other one, but I'm still extremely dizzy and tired and my leg hurts no matter what I do; sitting, walking, lying down. It just hurts really bad. I'm getting panic attacks because I don't know what's going on, if it's nerve related, blood flow related, or muscle related. I did nothing to injure it.
Anyone have any ideas?

for a while now I've just been taking 12.5 mg of the paxil every four days- I find that that's how long it stays in my system before I start to feel the withdrawal effects. Last week I cut the dose down to about 6.25 every four days or so. the withdrawal doesn't seem to be taking full effect just yet.
I took a nap today because the benadryl was still in my system and when I woke up my leg pain seemed to have subsided, and as I write this the leg doesn't hurt anymore either, but I'm deathly afraid of it coming back. I'm a big hypochondriac too because of my anxiety, and I'll think it's some...horrible, big blood clot in the leg artery or something huge to make me panic out of my mind. I've been to the ER many, many times on account of my panic attacks and have always been told that there is nothing wrong with me; that's why I decided to ask online for free rather than cost my parents a bill for nothing being wrong with me -.-

Alot of this sounds like anxiety combined with some Paxil w/d. How long and at what dose were you on with the Paxil? Are you tapering slowly?

The one thing that has me really concerned is the squeezing sensation, numbness and pain in your leg.
If this was just a case of neuropothy, like when your foot goes to sleep becuase you've compressed a nerve which in turn restricts the blood flow, walking should relieve it.
I say to be on the safe side, go to an Urgent Care Clinic now. If there isn't one in your area, then go to the ER.
This, combined with your other symptoms is not normal and should be evaluated ASAP.
Please let me know what they say.
Peace

I forgot to mention that I am a 20 year old female, 5'2" and 120 lbs. I've suffered with anxiety and depression for five years now and the only other medication I'm taking is propranolol for heart palpitations. I take one every other day.
