I too suggest do things you enjoy. Give sometime to your hobby and go out. Keep your mind busy with the things you like to do, talk with your friends and family.

Try to get out and do something you enjoy. My personal experience when you are depressed, sitting on the couch, staying in bed, Is the worse thing you can do. Go visit some friends/family/ go to the park, exercise!! That's a big one. Try to stay busy, I know it's harder said than done but it really helped me.
