Would personally suggest you see a psychiatrist you trust and who seems to know his stuff, and work your choices out with him (or her). None of use can tell you which med will work the best for you, or even if medication is the best thing for you. All we can do is tell you what our experiences were.
Yeah i totally agree with Ryan, i took Paxil 20mg for agraphobia, social anxiety and panic disorder for 14years and from went from being afraid of my shadow to an outgoing, enjoying life kinda woman. The only thing i would strongly say is that once the med's kick in and you start to feel better is please make sure you also get therapy so that you can work through your issues and learn how to correct all those negative thinking patterns, as when the day finally comes that you come off of the anti-d's you really don't want to fall flat on your face again like i did. So therapy with med's is extremely important. But i am positive that once you manage to adapt to the med you will start to enjoy life to the full. Good-luck.

Since the zyprexa and abilify caused you to hallucinate, your first step should have been to get back to the prescribing doctor immediately...........obviously these meds, or this combination of meds, are NOT for you. There are so many options, I would hate to see you give up, even after what must have been a rather frightening experience. Many of us have to experiment with several meds before we find the one(s) that work for us. I would also suggest that you look into some therapy for your four year battle with anxiety and depression. Therapy, combined with the correct medication, can work wonders and most importantly, give us hope. Please don't let this one bad experience keep you from seeking the help that IS out there for you.
I wish you the very best
Peace
