Morning sickness (not due to pregnancy) - Can anxiety do this?

I am a 22 year old female, with no chance of being pregnant.
On certain days (definitely not daily) I will wake up, not even feeling anxious, but thinking about things I have to accomplish for the day. My stomach, in the morning, usually feels weak and sensitive, and I only rarely eat breakfast due to this (unfortunately!). However, on these certain days, anything can set my body into vomit mode

Definitely sounds more like a medical thing than anxiety.  I would never rule anxiety out as a cause for just about any symptom, but what you are describing sounds much more gastrointestinal to me.  Go to the doctor.

I get the nausea almost every morning when I begin to think of all that I have to do.  When I take my meds in the morning, I do dry-heave a little to get them down.  This only lasts until I am in my car going to work....It can definitely be due to anxiety.  However, the fact that you vomit up blood and that you actually "vomit" quite often concerns me.  I would definitely go to your doctor and have a physical and have some tests on your stomach to make sure that you aren't suffering with ulcers or any other conditions that can give you these results.  Best to you.
