Okay so lately my muscles have been jerking, but it's not a lot. My leg will sometimes twitch randomly and it happens a few times but stops so i completely ignored it figuring that these things happen to everyone. the past few hours though my upper thigh muscles have been twitching nonstop. It's getting ridiculous to the extent where I can't concentrate on anything else. Is this normalNormal saline flush? I am a 15 year old girl who is extremely athletic...I work out twiceTwice-a-day a day. whether it is weight lifting, intense volleyball practice, running or swimming...I am always active. I guess I've been under a bit of stress too because varsity tryouts were recently. does anyone know if this is normalNormal saline flush?
It sounds like maybe your muscles are tired. If you are over doing it. Being tense just makes your muscles stiffen up and then that's how you can get injured. I would tell your parents and your coach. It's probably normalNormal saline flush but maybe you need to warm up more and relax in some form that you enjoy. Feel better
Sounds like you have restlessRestless leg syndrome leg syndrome. I get that every once and a while.. especially when I'm under stress and really tired. I'd boost your intake of calcium and make sure to get lots of sleep. Since you're athletic, your body might need more rest.
