Always Tingling!

Does anyone else experience tingling like almost everyday as a symptom of their anxiety? I don't understand why I would experience this everyday even when I am having a "good" day.  Every morning I wake up shaking aswell.  I know these are all physical symptoms of anxiety but should they last longer than a month and a half?

I used to have numbness and tingling in my fingers, but it has dissapeared.
Oh, and yep, I used to shake all the time when the anxiety first happened.  I still get the "chills" for no reason sometimes.

You mentioned you woke up shakey every morning? Do you think you are having low blood sugar? Do you eat/drink healthy? Low blood sugar can cause anxiety-or aggrivate it rather. I've heard of others tingling who have anxiety, but I haven't experienced myself-yet.
