It sounds like a panic attack. Have you ever heard of cognitive therapy? I would suggest researching that and trying to find a cognitive therapist in your area. I have panic disorder and just started seeing one two weeks ago. I feel much better! Also, for piece of mind why don't you make a appointment with your primary doctor. he can do a EKG and may recommend a stress test to make sure there is nothing wrong with your heart. I had one done and it turned out fine. I was constantly having chest pain and it turned out to be back pain that radiated to my chest.
Anxiety can make you feel extremely weak or give you "jello legs." Here's the problem with the human body - when we get anxiety or really scared (anything similar to those), our brain sends signals to our body that we are in extreme danger. This natural ability comes from thousands of years of evolution of either running from an enemy, animal, etc. Your heart will race and all of that. Your heart will need some time to heal from that; the anxiety will continue to cause pain if not stopped.
What I suggest is you get a peace of mind for whatever is causing you anxiety. If that means going to a doctor, then so be it. You will feel better.
I know how you feel I also have had panic attacks and they make you feel like you're going to go crazy relax though you are not having a heart attack just feels that way
