NEED HELP!!!

Hi everyone I am very new to this so bare with me... I have been diagnosed with suffering from
panic attacks and can't seem to get a handle on them they happen everyday without fail and I really don't want to take the alprazolam the dactor put me on. The sypmtoms scare me...Does anyone every get the feeling when your trying to get to sleep, that you are breathing to deeply and are not getting enough air!!! then comes the tingling in the chest up the neck and your ears start to ring..... I feel like i'm going crazy all my tests have been normal and I feel like i'm living at the hospital... If this happens to anyone else please let me know I guess I need to know i'm not the only one...Thanks for listening

Thanks for the advice, I don't know if I will take the meds I don't like the side effects it gives me but I might try the deep breathing thank you again

I feel the same when I suffer from my Panic attacks. I have an extreme hot sensation in my head or an extreme pressure in my ears and then they start to ring or there is this loud humming noise. It does freak me out, but I just try to lay down and do some deep breathing exercises. Though it is very hard to concentrate on breathing properly when you feel like your going crazy or dying!
I would definately give the meds a go!

take the meds it will help
