is a little alcohol good for bad anxiety?

Hi, I just had a question for anyone. I know alcohol is bad and bla bla and it triggers anxiety and can make you an addict but please read my case before answering lol. I got a big test tomorrow and just the fact of thinking of it makes my ancitipation grow and the symptoms get worse to the point where I can't concentrate. I don't worry about the exam, I worry about being able to be there and feel fine enough to answer so I was actually considering drinking like a glass of wine or something with alcohol to relax before getting there; I've been away from alcohol for many months and I was never a heavy drinker but I remember it used to make me relax a lot. Do you recommend it? or how do you feel about it? any other ideas or experiences with this?

Well like I say to all who bring up alcohol, would you drink if you had a high fever? well you say you have "bad" Anxiety, work on that first and if alcohol can't wait, yes even 1 glass, until you get BETTER, then you may have another problem.
