Anxiety issues...or is it?

So a while ago i had a dream, just what i thought was a normal dream, ever since the dream I have had extreme feelings of deja vu, or more like flashbacks from the dream that feel so real and vivid to me that it scares me everyday... I have since had testes done and everything comes back ok.  Currently my doctor has me on klonopin and adderal....which seem to kind of help.....   I am more concerned about the events in my dream, like my father passing away, myslef dieing in my dream, and some other things.  I just cant seem to understand why EVERYTHING seems like it is a flash back from the dream like it is  comming true?  I am most affriad that I am going to die and not be around for my newborn son.....Can anybody help me understand if it's just anxiety or is some sort of psycic vision(just throwing that out there)...  I really dont know what else to do but things are getting worse and worse....

See a therapist, or talk to your Dr.

Sounds to me like anxiety. And sounds to me your Dr. thinks so too b/c you are on Klonopin.

When we have dreams like this, we tend to think about them alot, and sometimes with anxiety, we can't stop thinking about it. And then our brains and thoughts start playing tricks on us... and sometimes scary. I was having obsessive thoughts about my throat, I couldnt quit thinking about it, and every sensation when swallowing, and every noise it made. I could not take my mind off of it, that it DROVE ME INSANE. LOL. Anxiety was BAD. It was like the only thing I could focus on.

Try focusing on something else. Like go take some photographs, or draw, or paint. Try to do something fun, that will take your mind off of it. Go work out or something in the meantime. Then see your Dr. or therapist if you need too.

Youre not crazy! lol. And no I don't think you are a psychic. lol. That's your imagination/anxiety playing tricks on you. Thinking you can see or predict the future. Not realistic. K? =) Hang in there.
