yes it's possible. All the symptoms you have listed are from panic\anxiety attack. Talking is a great way to get this off your system. But you need to look further and find what is causing the anxiety, talk to your doctor and maybe get to speak to a health professional about your feeling and symptoms can help you deal with them in a non medicated fashion.
I think its possible,i did experienced dizziness a lot without palpations but once i focused more on more on it,my heart began to race faster and faster.
Not doing any treatment really. They gave me some medication, but i am not taking it. I don't want to depend on any meds.
Short answer is a resounding YES!
Sometimes, especially in people who have experienced PA's for years, the symptoms morph and change as time goes by. I've noticed myself that while ONE particular symptom during a PA is most disturbing for a while....after time...it shifts and something else becomes the most bothersome symptom.
Bottom line, a panic attack is a panic attack, and once you recognize it for what it is...the next step is doing something about it. What kinds of treatments have you tried? Anything effective? Have you been officially Dx'ed by a psychiatrist? That is always the most logical 1st step.
