Need off this Xanax and dr refuses to change me

Could i go back on ativan myself and get off this xanax im falling apart and no help fom dr i get a new one on friday,but in the mean time i dont know how i can stay on the xanx i have some ativan im freaking outt oday some happy new year i need help and advice

how long have you been on ativan, if you have been on ativan for any lengh of time then you cant be without, how much ativan have you been taking and for how long? I have been on ativan for over 30years so I have some knolege even though I cant spell but you will have to give me more imfo, but in the metime if your feeling really bad and you have ativan in the house and you havent had any for ay least 6hours then you are already withdrawing and I would suggest you take one. keep me imformed
