New to the anxiety thing...how to remain functional?
Hi there,

I was recently diagnosed with a medical condition and prior to that developed panic attacks (probably due to the scary symptoms). Any tips/tricks to stay functional during anxious times? The doctors are still working on getting a good treatment regime for me (trial and error) but in the mean time I'm a single person who still has to work, etc. Any advice would be appreciated!

Medication can help, but it only does so much. I would recommend therapy to help you figure out other ways to deal with it as well.
