Not sure what's wrong with me.

One minute I'm happy and hilarious and making everyone laugh. The next minute I'm crying and wanting to be alone. I'm deathly afraid of traffic and every time I'm in the car I have a hard time controlling my temper or my nervous laughter or crying. I can't go grocery shopping because I find it hard to breathe when I go grocery shopping. I find myself obsessing over little things and negative things. I often have violent thoughts but never act on them. There are moments when I feel my emotions sliding and I become cloudy. That's the best way for me to describe it. I become cloudy, kind of like I'm on auto-pilot during a heavy fog. I have a hard time completing thoughts or fully grasping what's going on. I'm very emotional for a guy and I don't think that it's normal for me to act the way I do. If I get really stressed I throw up. My body reacts to stress in weird ways. I get rashes I've never seen before or blotches. This is all kind of all over the place but that's what has been going on with me. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Should I be seeking a doctor?

Well since you dont have a regular GP I would pick one close by and maybe if you like them pick them as your Family Dr this way they have your history. I found a very reputable Dr who also was in a walk in clinic, I used him for almost 10 yrs before I moved. It cant hurt to go in speak with a Physician and see what they recommend. Do you have insurance? I would also recommend seeing a Therapist whether you choose a
Psychiatrist, psychologist or social worker to deal with your emotions. Talk therapy as well as medications can really improve ones life. This site is also a very good source of support and information. You are not alone here.

Best of luck & keep us posted.

Yeah, I want to see a doctor but I don't have one. Would it be appropriate to consult with a doctor at the walk-in? Since I've moved to Hamilton I haven't been able to find a family doctor. Not really sure how to go about getting help.

Hi MysteryBear welcome.
It does sound like you are suffering from some sort of emotional illness. Make an appt and see your doctor. There are lots of great treatments (therapy, meds) which can help you get through this.

Best wishes!
